Evangeline couldn't believe it. She managed to get out of the building without getting caught.
She was tempted to just lay down and rest for a while, but she pushed her body to the limit and continued crawling.
The young lady had no idea where she was and every movement started to get really painful. Because of constrained thorax she couldn't breathe deeply and soon was forced to take a rest.

She wished so badly to being released from her restraints. She was thirsty and tired and tried to figure out what she should do next. Through the speakers in her ears she could hear the birds.
Must be early morning.
The air was fresh and her breathing and hart beat calmed down.
She thought about trying to remove her plugs since she was sore and swollen and they rubbed against her every time she moved, but after almost losing the key-ring due to her shaky hands Eva stopped trying. Also, it would be wise not to open the “backdoor” and risk messing herself.

After ten minutes of just lying on the grass, she continued her journey. The ground became rough and she encountered more obstacles.
Suddenly the ground sagged and she was rolling down a slope. The ride was pushing out the air of her lungs and when she reached the ground, she just curled up in fetal position.

Besides her own groans she could hear the surprised yell of a woman. Someone found her... OK, show her that you are no harm! Eva tried to get up, but fall and landed on her back.

“Is everything alright?” The woman asked.
“Waaait a minute! Evangeline!?!”
“Uh-oh?” Why does she know my name? Who is this?
“Its me Alice. We visited you last month. But we weren't allowed to enter your cell or speak to you. What are you doing out here... don't tell me you broke out? How the hell... GET UP” Eva was groped by her hands and dragged away.
“Come on and move, my car is near” Eva could hear the sound of a central locking system.
“Quick, get in the trunk!” She heard a car door closing and found herself in a tight spot.

Alice found her? From all people in the world why her?
Both of them had an aversion against each other since they worked on a project together.

Why is she now helping me... is she helping me, what if she just drives me back from where I came from?

After 20 minutes the motor stopped and the trunk was opened again.
“Sorry for the rough ride, but I couldn't risk letting anyone sees you. Let me help you out getting in the house... What did they do to you, you look like an alien.”
“Uh...oaahh.”
“Sorry I can't understand you.”
Eva felt herself getting carried inside.
“Here take a seat on the couch, do you want something to drink?”
“Uh... yeah!”
“Well I did understand that, one moment”.

Eva just couldn't believe what just happened, Alice didn't hand er over to the police! Why is she helping her?

From now an everything is going to be better again.
